Teresa B. Cooper

Teresa is a CPA Emeritus, and a 2011 recipient of the CTAR Realtor of Distinction award. With many years experience in the corporate environment and in the non-profit sector, including serving as Controller for Kiawah Island Community Association where she managed multi-million dollar budgets, as well as broad experience in the Real Estate Business, conducting short sale negotiations with mortgage lenders, Teresa brings valuable financial and management skills to the Property Management division of Home Solution Real Estate Services.
