SlowsGR features family-style dining with a mix of long communal tables as well tables suited to smaller groups. Guests order their meats, Texas-style, by the pound directly from the carvers. The Grand Rapids location features slow-cooked barbecue favorites like brisket, ribs, pulled pork, several of Slows’ signature sandwiches & sides and several dozen Michigan-based artisan and craft beers on tap.
