Spartan has a very extensive menu with a number of signature items including Caramelized Salmon, Bourbon Chicken, Hall of Fame Salad, Steakhouse Filet Salad, as well as Choice Grilled Steaks and of course, their Premium BBQ Baby Back Ribs.
