Shrimp & Bayou Classics

Shrimp & Bayou Classics is the only establishment in Southwest Missouri that has Gulf shrimp and wild caught crawfish for sale on a regular basis while in season. Their goal is to provide authentic Cajun food with freshwater products. They offer a consistent menu of several Po’ Boys, gumbo, red beans and rice, shrimp, alligator, and stuffed chicken, then rotate out the classics of oysters, shrimp and ribs, shrimp Creole, and more.
