Island Wing Company, is a full service restaurant and bar concept offering customers premium, quality baked chicken wings using proprietary recipes, chicken tenders, sandwiches, burgers, seafood, mac & cheese, salads and sides. They have created a niche in the chicken wing space by eliminating fryers from their restaurants. Their wings are never fried. In addition to that, they bake their French fries and various other side items and appetizers. They also offer an extensive selection of craft beer, with over 50 on tap.
