They specialize in cooking whole pigs over Kingsford Charcoal while using an apple cider vinegar with different top secret spices and ingredients as their base. Over the years they have painstakingly perfected the art of cooking chicken. They grill their chicken for over two and a half hours to receive maximum flavor and unbelievable tenderness.
