Shoshin Ryu Martial Arts

Shoshin Ryu is a Japanese based system of martial arts. It is both bujutsu (a school emphasizing effective martial arts techniques ) and budo (a school emphasizing personal character development). Shoshin Ryu is a cooperative school rather than a competitive one. Like many physical activities, Shoshin Ryu offers overall physical fitness (increased strength, flexibility, coordination, etc).
