DHMA offers quality instruction in Muay Thai (Thai boxing), and is a Thai Boxing Association of the U.S.A. (TBA)-certified school with five TBA-certified instructors on staff. Muay Thai is offered eight times a week and typically includes at least two certified instructors in each class.
