Aikido Bismarck is committed to the consistent practice and teaching of the art of Iwama-style Aikido — its techniques, concepts and the richly intertwined culture — to children and adults as a life-enriching experience both on and off “the mat”. The school strives to provide a comfortable, positive, yet disciplined learning environment where all participants are trained to help each other and to focus on cooperation as a tool for successful learning.
