Zanshin Dojo

Zanshin Dojo opened as a karate school in 1992 and became the first school of Gracie “Brazilian” jiu-jitsu in middle Tennessee in 1994. Many of their students have gone on to become world-class competitors and instructors. At Zanshin Dojo, they focus on the highest quality martial arts technique with applications for self-defense and tournament competition. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at Zanshin Dojo are open to men, women and children.
