My Martial Arts

My Martial Arts, provides martial arts instruction for everyone. Special needs students participate in the Adaptive Training Programs, while mainstream students take tae kwon do and adult kickboxing. Their school is unique in serving people who are physically and developmentally challenged. They have been working with special needs students for several years now and have developed an entire program for this population – their Adaptive Training Programs.
