Combat Fitness

Combat Fitness is Vermont’s premier locally owned Mixed Martial Arts facility. They offer progressive training programs and a cooperative instruction system designed to create a community of men, women and youths interested in developing themselves through martial disciplines, fitness programs, and athletic competition. They offer a variety of programs for all skill levels including Muay Thai kickboxing, Thai Krabi-Krabong, Western Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Filipino Kali.  They also have competition teams for amateur and professional Mixed Martial Arts (Men and Women), a Golden Gloves Boxing team, IBJJF Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition team, and are home to the Dog Brothers New England Pack.
