ATA Martial Arts/Park Karate for Kids

For nearly three decades, Park Karate has been offering families all across the Tri-State Area access to professional martial arts training. Their classes incorporate physical fitness, self-defense and traditional Songahm Taekwondo, taught with a focus on life skills, all in a supportive, positive environment. They have training for students as young as three and they’re offering an incredible teen and adult program where students of all experience levels can thrive.
