At Brewster’s they promote Alaskan fare with an enjoyable décor devoted to the history of their great state and city, including framed photos on the history of Fairbanks and their surroundings. Brewsters’ menu consists of spectacular entrees featuring homemade sauces prepared from scratch using a variety of beers produced from Alaskan Brewing Company located in Juneau Alaska.
