Capitalist Pig at Mad Art Gallery

Capitalist Pig uses products from local and regional farmers who raise their animals on a primarily vegetarian diet and grow only organic produce. Their goal was to create a place where people can come and feel good about what they eat, not only because it is delicious, but because they know that the animals were raised and slaughtered humanely, the produce was grown organically, and they are eating a product that does not contain antibiotics or hormones.
