Carolina Kitchen & Barbeque
Carolina Kitchen was opened officially in May of 2002 with a very basic menu. Entrees included: Pulled Pork, Catfish, Ribs, Chicken Wings and sides that included: Coleslaw, Pork and Beans and French Fries. Throughout the first couple of years the menu has expanded. As an important part of setting itself apart for the competition, Carolina Kitchen smokes all of their meat. They have 11 of own recipes, and manufacture all of their own sauces and rubs locally.
