Dick’s Kitchen

Dick’s Kitchen burgers are seared to medium with some pink in the middle and are served on their signature Sourdough Potato Bun with special sauce (roasted onion aioli). All burgers are served with butter lettuce, tomato, red onion, and house-made pickles on the side. Their beef tastes different, because it is different than just about all other beef served in Portland. Dick’s Kitchen is one of the very few restaurants serving 100% grass-fed, humanely-raised and pastured beef.
