All of Hail’s Holy’s meat is smoked on site. Their sides and desserts are homemade too. Texas Style BBQ meat smoked at a low and slow indirect wood heat. The rub is a dry rub.The sauce is always served on the side. Their wood is a blend of oak, mesquite, hickory, and apple.
