Johnson’s Boucaniere
Perhaps the only thing they like more than eating great BBQ is making great BBQ. At Johnson’s they slow smoke their Briskets and Pulled Pork for 12-14 hours. They have a BBQ sauce that they have been tweeking for about seven years. They also slow smoke chickens and Country-Style ribs.
