Judy’s smoked meats are brined, dry rubbed, smoked with Hickory wood and finished with a light glaze of their house made BBQ sauce. On your table you have more of their yummy BBQ sauce to douse as you wish or try a squirt of their spicy vinegar based sauce, also house made, of course.
