Prime Burger uses the same high quality beef, all-natural chicken and turkey and fresh salmon that they sell in the butcher shop. Their burgers are ground fresh daily right here in the restaurant. While the recipe is a secret their burgers are made from a mix of brisket, chuck and prime sirloin.
