Rick’s Barbecue, Inc. is a privately owned corporation. Rick’s has been in operation since 1979 starting out with only two pits, a drive-thru, and a walk up window. The main focus of their success has been their customers and employees. Rick’s goal since 1979 has been to provide customers a high quality, fresh, never frozen, pure meat product at a competitive price.
