You can customize a rice bowl by first choosing from white rice, brown rice, Rumbi rice or noodles and then select an island inspired protein: luau pork, Rumbi sweet pork, steak, fire-grilled chicken, tofu, veggies or shrimp. Finally, choose your favorite Rumbi Island flavor from Jamaican jerk, Hawaiian teriyaki, Bali Island or honey-orange. There’s also a terrific selection of salads, sandwiches & burgers, along with tempting entrees such as Caribbean chicken and shrimp, cabo Fish tacos or volcano-blackened salmon or mahi.
