Sunrise Family Martial Arts

Sunrise Family Martial Arts is a school that specialize in discipline based teaching of martial arts to all age groups. Additionally they are a non-profit charity based school that promotes quality martial arts education to all income groups. They offer weekly scheduled classes in stand up (Tae Kwon Do), grappling, conditioning and weight loss, and meditation. They conduct quarterly seminars on nutrition, woman’s self-defense, children’s self-defense, financial management for children, and goal setting / achievement. Non-confrontational bully defense is also taught to their students and they have achieved success by changing the body language, self-talk, and self-confidence of their students.
