The Cookery

The Cookery, is a neighborhood restaurant & oyster bar. Each day oyster farmers harvest, pack, and ship them the best oysters available. Their fresh, hand-shucked, locally farmed raised oysters are delivered daily within hours of harvesting. The Cookery showcases the oysterman and the fisherman, the rancher and the farmer, the brewmaster and the winemaker, and of course, the magnificent oyster.
