Uncle Willie’s took a little bit from every region that they traveled, and created BBQ even the South would be proud of. They rub all of their meat with a secret rub before slowly smoking it to perfection. You will surely notice a wonderful pink smoke ring that only comes from real wood smoke. You can then add the sauce of your liking. Uncle Willie makes a variety of sauces including, Memphis Classic Sweet, Carolina Mustard, Wichita Falls Hot, and Lexington Vinegar.
