Their smoked meats would best be described as hybrid BBQ, a unique blend of the flavors & styles of the BBQ mecca’s of the United States, Kansas City, St. L ouis, Memphis, Texas, and the deep south. Their meats are generously coated in their special dry rub and smoked low and slow over hickory for maximum flavor & tenderness. Before serving, they add their house-recipe sauce to compliment the flavor of the meat.
